Terms of Service

1. The Service

GSparrow helps you find jobs and assists you in completing and submitting applications. Some features run inside your own logged-in browser session to help complete application forms on third-party job sites. You remain in control: the Service acts at your direction and on your behalf.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile or in any application submitted through the Service.
• Use the Service to violate any law, or the rights of any third party.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or use the Service to build a competing product.

4. Third-party sites and automated applications

The Extension interacts with third-party job boards, applicant tracking systems, and company career pages. Those sites have their own terms of use, and your use of them is governed by those terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service on any given site is permitted by that site. The Extension performs actions in your own browser session at your request; you are responsible for the applications submitted under your account. We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse or control, any third-party site.

5. AI-generated content

The Service can generate suggested content using artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before you submit it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or outcome of any AI-generated content.

6. No guarantee of results

The Service is a tool to assist your job search. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, or any particular outcome, and we are not a party to any relationship between you and any employer.

7. Plans and payments

Some features are offered on a free tier and others require a paid subscription. Pricing and the features included in each plan are described in the Service and may change. Where you purchase a paid plan, the applicable fees, billing cycle, and any refund terms are disclosed at the point of purchase.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your own data), is owned by GSparrow and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using the Service you consent to those practices.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSparrow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and uninstall the Extension. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (for example intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
